To me, the limelight wasn’t on the openly gay singer Sam Sparrow in the June edition of Attitude Magazine. The real star was the Australian surfer-turned-Armani model Jaymes Triglone who posed around the pool in swim wear. The layout “Before Night Falls” was done by the gifted Simon Harris. In one of the pages, we see Triglone supporting his body which was leaning on air with his pointed toes and hands on the rail but still looking effortless (and sexy!) Now that’s a professional.
Jason Mraz’s hit single I’m Yours has been featured in an Australian Coca Cola commercial. This has soon stirred up a heated controversy all over the internet. Apparently his diet consists of only all natural and non-processed food thus this endorsement of Coca Cola makes one wonder (Remember Jenna Jameson for PETA but carries a huge leather purse?) . Yet Mraz’s laid back style matches Coca Cola (and Australia!) perfectly. I don’t know, I love Jason Mraz and I love Coca Cola…
With its new vocalist, Anette Olzon, Nightwish is definitely back. After their new album in 2007, Dark Passion Play, the legendary Finnish symphonic metal band took on the world with a tour. For those who have missed it or couldn’t get enough of Nightwish (like vampire hunger for blood, I know I did), the wait is finally over. The DVD records some pre-show footage and the live concert atThe Enmore Theatre Sydney (why does it always have to be the concert in Australia? Remember Christina Aguilera’s Back To Basics: Live and Down Under?)
Anyway, here’s the track list:
