From the creators of Happy Tree Friends, Mondo Mini Shows has launched a whole new series, The God and Devil Show. Different celebrities show up on a talk show hosted by God and the Devil themselves. So far the guests have included Angelina Jolie, Britney Spears and Walt Disney.  At the end of each episode the guest may be sent to heaven or hell.

Christopher Ciccone’s tell-all “Life with My Sister Madonna”

The memoir based on Ciccone’s life and 47 years of growing up with and working with his sister — Madonna— the most famous woman in the world, now has a cover.

The Sun reports the book will include Madonna’s past lesbian flings (hint: Gwyneth, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera mentioned), her rocky marriage to Hollywood actor Sean Penn and her rows with film director husband Ritchie.

The book will be available on July 15th

The Year of Come Backs: Lara Fabian

There must be something in the stars with the year 2008. Not just Cyndi Lauper, Paula Abdul and SMiLe.dk, but Lara Fabian has decided it’s time to sing again. New classical-inspired pop album is to be released by the end of the year. The album is recorded entirely in Qubec and as for song choice, quoting Fabian; “ I’ve never sung these kinds of songs, certainly not in an entire album and not in this kind of arrangement…” I pray that it won’t be one of those techno-disco albums… We already have Madonna, Kylie and Britney.

A fan meet & greet is set to be held in Belgium in October and then Paris.

Listen to Cyndi Lauper’s New Song

After more than 2 decades in the music business, Cyndi Lauper continues to surprise us with her music and performances.

Check out her brand-new song “Into The Night Life,” an electro-driven dance stomper taken from her forthcoming new album “Bring Ya To The Brink.” The singer explains in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that the song title was inspired by Henry Miller’s book Into the Night Life that “inspired Lawrence Ferlinghetti’s A Coney Island of the Mind, which inspired me to describe the images of nightlife here in NYC.”

The track was produced by savvy soundboard wizard Peer Astrom who previously worked with Britney Spears and Madonna. It is good to get some hot fresh material from the singer after she previously released cover and acoustic albums.

VOGUE: Topless= New Black?

The latest issue of Vogue Germany features Claudia Schiffer as a totally topless catwoman. Not that posing sans-clothing is anything new for celebrities, but the recent rash of nudie portraits for Vogue in particular has us wondering: is naked the new black? How long before we see C-List celebs trying to keep up by taking it off for lesser known mags? Can we expect to see Courtney Love or Britney Spears reviving their fledgling careers by posing for Mirabella?

P.S. Her nipples appear to be airbrushed out. Unless she suffers from a rare disease where they’re invisible. In which case, Claudia, my sincere apologies.
