So maybe next time when you’re depressed, go to a nearby deli instead of a bar and yell “I HAD A BAD DAY, NOW GIMME A TUNA SANDWICH!”
Serotonin, the “happy” chemical can also be found in bananas, turkey and cottage cheese. Hmmm, maybe getting high isn’t so bad after all. I can almost hear school boys say “Hey, wanna get high on tuna and bananas?”

Yep, I’ve been busy celebrating. Tomatoes with crab meat, assorted cupcakes from Petits by Deschamps, biscuits with French goat cheese and Italian blue cheese, green apple and avocado wrapped with parma ham and of course, the bubbly Italian Prosecco.
