The August issue of OUT Magazine didn’t just interview Pete Wentz, but also his gay business partner, Stephen Westman, who runs Wentz Inc. When asked what exactly does he do for Wentz, he replies “I’m his bitch.” Sounds sexy doesn’t it?
Here’s what he has to say about his business relationship with Wentz; “Westman talks to Wentz, who according to both men is more of a collaborator than a boss, maybe a half dozen times a day — staccato voice mails, one-line e-mails, and distracted conversations where they finish each other’s sentences. “In this world, I am very fortunate to be ‘the gay guy,’ ” Westman says. “I bring such a different perspective creatively. I can be articulate yet animated, professional yet funny. I don’t think straight guys get to do that. I can say ‘Bro, I’m a homo’ and go right into it. There are advantages.”

Meili-Melo Ltd’s Living Arts Cafe started as an ad hoc freestyle group painting party, and has now developed into a highly successful creative services company with a list of major corporate clients, including Hermes. You will be given a 85 x 120 cm canvas, unlimited acrylic paint, sponges, brushes and spatulas and the rest is up to you.
Unlimited healthy juice drinks are supplied but my friends and I usually bring our own alcohol to help stimulate the flow of creative juices.
