Juicy Couture, We all got the sweet tooth for it

Juicy Couture is taking Palm Beach California as its muse for the Spring/Summer 08. A lot of colours used to match simple and fitted cutting. It is no secret that Juicy Couture loves their candy-like colours. This season it continues with more hip colours such as jade, day light yellow and rouge to go along with exotic patterns (bringing on the casual summertime feeling aye?)

From what I am seeing, towelling is still this season’s hip item. Other than the classic velvet towelling tracksuit, exotic printing and patterns can be seen on Juicy Couture’s new items. Towelling and velvet one piece and tube top dresses are also introduced this season. Are you ready for a juicy spring/summer?

And yes, J. Lo and Madonna are still loving it.

A time wrap back to the 90s, with youtube

Who will ever forget The Cranberries’ Zombie from the album No Need to Argue in 1994? he single has sold 2 million copies alone, and the song, since its release in late 1994, has been performed on every live tour. It’s still one of the most popular songs today.

Bad Girl by Madonna, the third single from her 1992 album Erotica. Many fans regard it as one of Madonna’s best ballads. Negative reception of the video criticizes the topic of misogynistic murder of women as too extreme for a pop video that is about a doomed relationship, highlighting America’s obsession with serial killers and violence. It was certainly the time when smoking was still cool.

Say you’ll be there, yet another one of Spice Girl’s single that was certified platinum. Released in 1996 and hit the world’s top charts by 1997. Written by the Spice Girls themselves, with the help of Jonathan Buck and Eliot Kennedy. The girls are dressed as techno-warriors with the style of futuristic high-tech ninjas, marking the pop culture of film during the late 90s.

Song 2, possibly the most well known song Blur has ever recorded. Released in 1997, still remains their biggest hit to date. I think we can all remember the “WOO HOO” from this song right? (If not, you simply did not exist in the 90s) It has been used in countless occasions and advertisements. WOO HOO!

Sarah Mclachlan – I will remember you. The song first appeared in 1995 as a sound track for a movie, but it wasn’t a hit until she released a live version of the song in 1999. A bit late, but still made it to a 90s hit.
